Six international awards for Silent Spa in the first year

The Lower Austrian flagship project SILENT SPA, which opened its doors only in December 2016, is an international success! Unique design, tasteful furnishing and top-class service have been recognized several times!

The Spa Laa - Hotel & Silent Spa, a resort of VAMED Vitality World, has set new standards in the health tourism sector with the addition of the exclusive Premium Day Spa. The unique architecture impressively stages the element of water in an inimitable relaxed atmosphere, while at the same time offering sufficient space for individual retreat in the high-quality lounger ellipses.

The secret lies in the tranquility experience of the Silent Spa, which is enhanced by the warm thermal water, pleasant light and selected fragrances.

The sauna ceremonies, the signature treatment “SILENTIUM” – strengthens the back, allows the legs a timeout and clears the mind – in the area of Massage & Cosmetics and the culinary offer were specially developed for the new Day Spa. Also new is the service concept 4.0, which is practiced here daily and received very positively by the guests. For example, you can have the culinary highlights directly brought to your lounger on the tablet.

In the first year of operation, this thoroughly courageous and innovative development received a total of 6 coveted international awards from the sector.

“Prizes and awards are a motivating recompense and reflect the sustained commitment and innovative spirit of the entire team”, says the manager of the Therme Laa – Hotel & Silent Spa, Florian Perteneder, who has himself been awarded the third place in Europe and the first place at the national level at the “European Health & Spa Award” in the category “Best Spa Manager 2017”.

European Waterpark Association - „EWA Professional Award 2017“

The European Waterpark Association, representing the interests of European leisure pools, spas and water parks, supports a market-based and demand-oriented leisure policy and strives for uniform standards and norms across Europe. The EWA members form a quality community and commit themselves to a quality standard that reflects high levels of conceptual, technical and architectural excellence as well as of service awareness. In 2017, the new Silent Spa at Therme Laa was honored with the EWA Award in Cologne!

European Health & Spa Award - „Best Day Spa“

The presentation of the European Health & Spa Award at the end of June in Vienna brought about the “Best Day Spa” award for the Silent Spa. The European Health & Spa Award, similar to the Academy Award (“Oscar”) in the movie industry, is one of the highest awards for health and health tourism companies offering treatments that appeals to all the senses with a sophisticated health concept.

World Spa Award - „Best Hotel Spa 2017“

The World Spa Awards are an award program designed to raise spa tourism standards by rewarding organizations that are leaders in the field. The world’s best spa facilities are rated according to defined criteria. The Silent Spa scored points here as well and convinced the jurors.

Seven Stars Luxury Award 2017 - „Best Spa 2017“

The Seven Star Luxury Award, which proclaims itself the highest and most exclusive award for luxury and lifestyle, is awarded to international tourism companies. The award is simultaneously considered a seal of quality and a guarantee for extremely high product quality.

LTG Luxury Travel Guide Award - „Luxury Hotel & Spa of the year”

The Luxury Travel Awards recognize and celebrate outstanding achievements in all areas of high-end travel and tourism.

World Luxury Spa Award 2017 - „World Luxury Spa“
